The Monsoon edition of The Dollar Business Power Series Conclave, was a roaring success. Held on August 24 at The Grand, New Delhi, the conclave hosted speakers from diverse fields, who deliberated on ‘Make in India, Make for the World'

The Conclave witnessed monologues, dialogues, thought-sessions and created a once in a lifetime experience and opportunity for all dignitaries and the entire august gathering. The Conclave brought together some of the finest names from the industry and the government addressing vital focal areas related to India’s manufacturing and foreign trade.

Mr. Digvijaya Singh, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and General Secretary, Indian National Congress, in his speech, spoke about improvements that are needed to make India’s manufacturing and services exports stronger, and what the incumbent government needs to work on to make India’s manufacturing a force to reckon with around the world. The other Honourable panellists, included Mr. Sanjiv Sawla, Chairman, IOPEPC; H.E. Mr. Georges de La Roche, Ambassador of Guatemala to India; Mr. Mithileshwar Thakur, Additional Director General, Directorate of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GoI; H.E. Mr. Jan Luykx, Ambassador of Belgium to India; Mr. Ajay Sahai, Director General & CEO, FIEO; Dr. L. B. Singhal, Development Commissioner, Noida SEZ, Department of Commerce, GoI and Mr. Anil Sankhwal, Regional Chairman, GJEPC. The audience present at the conclave belonged to diverse industries and different sectors of trade.
