Initiation of anti-dumping duty investigation concerning imports of "Polybutadiene Rubber or PBR”, originating in, or exported from EU, Korea RP, Russia, USA, South Africa, Singapore and Iran - Request for extension regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to your letter from F.No.14/40/2016-DGAD dated 21st August, 2017 on the subject above, and to state that in view of the special circumstances mentioned therein, the Competent Authority has granted extension of time up to 15th December, 2017 for completing the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Polybutadiene Rubber or PBR”, originating in, or exported from EU, Korea RP, Russia, USA, South Africa, Singapore and Iran and notifying the final findings.
