Corrigendum to Preliminary findings in Anti-dumping investigation

Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended in 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Designated Authority issued a preliminary finding vide Notification No.14/05/2016-DGAD dated 4th May, 2017 regarding imports of “Ceramic table wares and kitchen wares, excluding knives and toilet items” originating in or exported from China PR.

2. In the Preliminary finding vide Notification No.14/05/2016-DGAD the HS code in column no.2 of the Duty table under para 97 should be read as the 6911/6912 which is also mentioned in para 12 of the said Notification.
