Camp for EODC cases

It is brought to the attention of Trade & Industry that in line with the instructions received from DGFT, New Delhi, this Office is organizing a camp for quick closure of EODC cases. The purpose of the camp is to facilitate the issue of EODC in all those cases in which exporters have applied for the same and in which deficiency letters have been issued. In the camp, the respective files shall also be available, along with the dealing staff and the concerned Officers, so as to facilitate on the spot decisions.

The schedule according to which exporters can present their cases in this camp is as per the Annexure attached.

All exporters are encouraged to avail this opportunity to close their cases.
