Date for Written submissions and Rejoinder submissions in the matter of Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports of “Dioctyl Phthlate-(DOP)” originating in or exported from Korea RP and Chinese Taipei.

With reference to the subject stated above, I am directed to inform you that some of the user industries/consumers of the subject product who couldn't present their views in the oral hearing held on 22nd of December, 2017, since not being the interested party during the course of investigation, have been called for presenting their sides/views on 3rd of January, 2018.

2. In view of the above, the date for written submissions which was earlier decided as 3rd of January and rejoinder submissions by 8th of January, 2018 in the Oral hearing earlier, held on 22nd of December, 2017 has been extended for written submissions by 8th of January and the rejoinder submissions by 15th of January, 2018 respectively.
