OFFICE MEMORANDUM

 Extension of time limit to submit response in the
anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of
“Wire Rod of Alloy or Non-Alloy Steel” originating
in or exported from China PR-reg.

The above mentioned antidumping investigation was initiated on 02.06.2016, with the last dates to file the responses being 4th August, 2016.

2. A number of parties have shown interest in this investigation and sent intimation to the Designated Authority to register them as interested parties.

3. Further, many parties have requested the Designated Authority to grant them additional time to submit their responses, citing the reasons like large volume of data, language issues, MET claims, etc.

4. Keeping in view the above, the Designated Authority, hereby, extends the time limit for all the interested parties to submit their responses up to 19th August, 2016, with the condition that no further request for extension will be entertained as the antidumping investigations are timebound.
