Extension of time period of anti-dumping duty
investigation concerning imports of ‘Toluene
Di-Isocyanate (TDI)’ originating in or exported
from China PR, Japan and Korea RP-reg.

I am directed to refer to your D.O. letter F.No.14/36/2016-DGAD dated 15th September, 2017 on the above subject and to inform that the Central Government has accorded permission for extension of time period for investigation upto 4th January, 2018 for completing the subject investigation and notifying the final findings.
