In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of External Affairs, notified vide number S.O.1829(E), dated the 16th May, 2016 and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

2. In the said order, in the Schedule, in Annexure 2, under the heading “A. Individuals”,-

(a) in the entry relating to “CFi006”, -

(i) for the brackets, words and figures “(amended on 20 Oct. 2015)”, the brackets, words and figures “(amended on 20 Oct. 2015; 23 Aug. 2016)” shall be substituted;

(ii) at the end, insert the words and figures “Reportedly deceased as at 11 October 2015”;

(b) after the entry relating to “CFi006”, the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-
