In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services) number S.O.379(E), dated the 9th February 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE,-

(i) against serial number 1, for the entry under column (3), the entry “SCO 33-34-35, Sector 17A, Chandigarh” shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 2, for the entry under column (3), the entry “SCO 33-34-35, Sector 17A, Chandigarh” shall be substituted.
