Anti-Dumping (AD) investigation concerning imports of
‘Sodium Chlorate’ originating in or exported from Canada,
People’s Republic of China and EU initiated on 12th May 2016.
Reference above mentioned AD investigation. On request of certain interested parties for an extension to file Questionnaire Response, the Designated Authority has granted an extension of time to file responses to Questionnaires/make Submissions by 5th August 2016. No further extension of time will be granted.
