Export Policy of Pulses - Removal of prohibition on export of Pulses (Toor dal, Moong and Urad) till further orders - regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) (as amended from time to time) read with paragraph 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby amends, with immediate effect, Para 2 of Notification No.78 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 31.03.2014, as amended from time to time.

2. In supersession of Notification No.78 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 31.03.2014, the following amendments are made, with immediate effect, against entry at Sl.No.54, Chapter 07 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2012:

3. Effect of this Notification:

Toor Dal, Moong and Urad have been made 'free' for export till further orders. The exporter will have to do prior-registration of contracts with APEDA.
