Indian healthcare BPOs facing stiff competition: Study

The Dollar Business Bureau Players engaged in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in healthcare sector in India are facing stiff competition from their Filipino counterparts, said a study titled ‘Medical Process Outsourcing in India’.
