Himanshu Vatsa | The Dollar Business   After the launch of Make in India, the inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI) has grown by 35% and the country has attracted substantial investment from overseas in various sectors, a top government official said on Thursday. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government had launched the ‘make in India’ initiative in September 2014 with an aim to turn the country into a manufacturing hub. Freight corridor to reduce traders transaction cost, spur exports

The government has formed a company - Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL) – to develop a mega commercial railway corridor by 2017.
