Oppo aims to be Indias top smartphone brand in 3 years

Sharath Chowdary  Chinese electronics manufacturer Oppo has plans to become the top smartphone brand in India over the next three years. The company is providing the best service and better smartphone models to the customers to increase its market share in the country, said Jone, CEO and MD of Oppo Telangana. He said this on the sidelines of the sale promotion event of Oppo F1s in Hyderabad on Thursday. Huawei to help India to build ICT for smart cities

Source: PTI China's Huawei Technologies wants to play an important role in helping India build Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure for the development of smart cities, a senior company executive said in Singapore on Thursday. “We will be able to help India build ICT infrastructure including wireless systems and the computing platforms for the smart cities,”  said Joe So, Chief Technology Officer for Industry Solutions at Huawei in Shenzhen head office. “We can help build the inter-dependency of the Indian system,” he said, stressing on Huawei's strength in building ICT infrastructure.
