Malaysia's CIDB to invest Rs.10,000 cr in Telangana

The Dollar Business Bureau Government of Malaysia's Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) has shown interest to invest Rs.10,000 crore in the infrastructure projects in the state of Telangana. Minister for Industries K T Rama Rao has met Abdul Latif Hitam, the CEO of CIDB in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday. He discussed the opportunities in Telangana infrastructure sector during his three-day tour to attract investments into the state.  The CIDB, a statutory body under Malaysia’s Ministry of Works, promotes and facilitates the exports of Malaysian construction services. KCR to visit US to ink MoUs for investments

Micromax plans for expansion, to invest Rs. 2000 cr

The Dollar Business Bureau Micromax, a leading mobile handset manufacturer of India, said that it plans to invest Rs.2,000 crore over the next 5-6 years, to expand its business.  The handset manufacturer set up a new manufacturing unit in Hyderabad with an initial investment of Rs.100 crore. This is the second plant of the Bhagwati Products Ltd, the manufacturing subsidiary of the company. Telangana to set up Data Analytics Park, SME Tower

The Dollar Business Bureau The Telangana government is mulling setting up a “Data Analytics Park” and a tower to house SMEs in the information technology sector, state IT Minister K T Rama Rao said today. The TRS government is committed to help and encourage SMEs (small and medium enterprises) to compete with major IT companies, Rao said after inaugurating a Global Delivery Centre of Techwave Consulting Inc, a US-headquartered system integrator. “Small and Medium Enterprises are very important.
