India to become full member of SCO; Modi departs to attend summit on June 8-9

The Dollar Business Bureau Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for Kazakhstan on Thursday to attend the two-day summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). During the summit to be held on June 8-9 in Astana, the capital city of Kazakhstan, India is set to become a member of the SCO. India, Armenia sign three agreements to boost bilateral ties

The Dollar Business Bureau India and Armenia on Tuesday signed three agreements to strengthen bilateral cooperation, after Vice President of India Hamid Ansari held discussions with the Armenian leadership including Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandian. PM chairs high-level meet to discuss steps to reduce oil import

PTI The PM on Wednesday chaired a high-level meeting to discuss a roadmap to reduce dependency on import of oil and gas. During the meeting, the Petroleum Ministry presented strategies for achieving the objective by increasing production of crude oil and gas, promoting biofuels and renewables, energy efficiency and conservation.The meeting was attended by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar, Vice Chairman and CEO NITI Aayog, Cabinet Secretary, and senior officials from PMO, Petroleum Ministry, MEA, Home Ministry, Finance Ministry and Defence Ministry.

Delegation talks between India -Iran to improve trade

Swaraj pitches for Make in India to boost trade ties with Africa
