The Dollar Business Bureau To set up Technology and Innovation Support Centres (TISC), the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) have entered into an agreement. For entrepreneurs and innovators in developing nations like India, these TISCs facilitate access to locally based technology knowledge banks and other ancillary services, which help them create, manage and protect their intellectual property rights (IPR). Biotech sector to be a US$ 100 billion industry by 2025
